Who is our MENOPAUSE Programme For?

If you are struggling with your menopause journey, need some support or accountability we are here to help support you whether you are newly perimenopausal or have been post menopausal for several years, it’s never to late to start!


There is no one size fits all with Menopause so your programme will be tailored to you!

Who will your coach be?

Rachel Daly - Sports Rehabilitation Practitioner & Health Coach

Rachel has over 14 years in the industry and a Sports Therapy degree, Sports Rehabilitation degree and a masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine scientist. She is also a Pilates and Fitness Instructor.

Rachel is a loving mum of 3 gorgeous boys so you can guess she has her hands full outside of work. She is more than equipped to understand how a busy lifestyle can impact your progress. She also has a passion for helping people better themselves and this is exactly why she has recently specialised in Health Coaching.

Over the summer Rachel carried out a Menopause research project to better understand what training and lifestyle changes has the most beneficial impact on symptoms. From this research our 12-week Programme was created.

What's Involved?

  • 4x 1 Hour Wellbeing Coaching sessions - Get clear on your goals and how certain lifestyle changes will get you there.

  • 12x 1 Hourly Strength Sessions - You will attend NK Physio Gym weekly for your strength sessions.

  • Home Exercise Plan - You will receive a personalised home or gym based programme to do in your own time.

  • NK Health App - You will gain access to our app which has Yoga & Pilates Classes and healthy reciepes and advice

We also have an online version of our programme so if you cannot commit to in-person sessions don't worry we will provide you a home or gym based strength programme to complete. Everything can be tailored to suit your needs!
